The Project

Costello Property Services are a fairly new company that specialise in the letting of residential, commercial and industrial property. Jennifer Costello and Leslie Bradshaw set up the company in March 2009 and since then they have gained a considerable section of the market. Whilst the demand for both commercial and residential rental property is not nearly as strong as say three years ago they have succeeded in recoding substantial lettings in both categories. This is due to the excellent service provided that Jennifer and Leslie pride themselves on.

The company required a website to promote the business, and its services, as well as providing a search and display facility for all of their available residential and commercial properties. As well as website design, full SEO (Search Engine Optimization), hosting and on-going website maintenance is provided. The day to day administration of the properties on the website is managed by the client.
